A preview of

The fabulous legend...

Our history goes back a long way. Long before they were the orchards we know today, these highly coveted lands were inhabited by the Hillspring family. It is important to know that the soil beneath your feet, right here, is recognized today as some of the richest and most fertile in the county. It is no coincidence that even today, this is where we find the best apples in the region. But why, you may ask?

You see, some agree that this site is a mythical place. A place where, in the past, heat faced cold in the form of divination in order to restore the rotation of the seasons. A fight so singular that it would be at the very origin of the abundant generosity of this land. Of course, you will tell us that this story is only an invention, a legend used to impress and make children dream. But, are you sure? It's up to you to decide.
